Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made via our online RMA request form (see form below) within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Note: You must have a RMA # before you return anything to us. Items returned to us without authorization may not be refunded.>
Shipping charges will not be refunded for items returned that are NOT defective (i.e. buyers remorse, ordered wrong size & etc.). Items that are returned that are not defective but shipped for free because it was an order that was $50.00 or more will only receive credit for the product and our shipping cost will not be refunded. There is NO refund on custom orders including orders that have had embroidery or screen printing.
